Garza Blanca Featured in PV’s Restaurant Week (2020)

It’s dinner time! Garza Blanca is pleased to participate in this year’s 2020 Restaurant Week in PV. Scheduled to take place between September 15th and October 10th, 2020, this annual culinary event is the 16th edition. Vallarta Lifestyles, The Riviera Nayarit Convention, and Puerto Vallarta tourism institutions are working together to make the event is a huge success.  Likewise, innovative three-course menus will be available at a discounted price. This year, Garza Blanca restaurants Blanca Blue, BocaDos STK and Hotel Mousai’s RoofTop bar will take part in the event. Garza Blanca Featured in PV’s 2020 Restaurant Week 

Garza Blanca is taking part in PV’s 2020 Restaurant Week. An annual gastronomic event since 2005, Vallarta Lifestyle showcases the area’s top restaurants at accessible prices. In Banderas Bay, local participating restaurants will create innovative three-course menus that will delight guests. Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai restaurants are offering 3 course menus. For example, diners can choose between 3 appetizers, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts for an incredible price of $466 pesos. What better way to enjoy the area’s best establishments at an affordable price? Therefore, Garza Blanca residents should take advantage of this year’s amazing Restaurant Week specials.  

Participating Banderas Bay Restaurants Include: 

In addition to Garza Blanca restaurants, some of the area’s participating Banderas Bay restaurants include Abraccio Cucina Italiana, Archie’s Wok, Barcelona Tapas, Barrio Bistro, Basilio Comer & Beber, Blanca Blue at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, BocaDos STK, Bravos, Cafe des Artistes, Culi’s Restaurant, Di Vino Dante, Hacienda San Angel Gourmet, IK Mixology Bar & Cuisine,  Joe Jack’s Fish Shack, La Leche, La Palapa, La Pesca, La Tosca, Layla’s Restaurante and Le Kliff. In addition, Oso’s Fish Market Restaurant, Pal’Mar Seafood & Grill Garage, Pezlimon, Poblanos Cocina Mexicana, River Cafe, Hotel Mousai Rooftop, Roberto’s, Sabal Playa, Serrano’s Meat House, Siam Cocina Thai, Sonora House, The Rooftop, The Swedes, Tuna Azul, Umai, Venazu, and Vitea Oceanfront Bistro are also particpating. Blanca Blue Menu Choices

At Blanca Blue, diners can choose between 3 appetizers. Appetizer choices include 1) guacamole with chile serrano and beef jerky, 2) fresh shrimp with avocado puree and tomatillo sauce or 3) Tortilla soup with fresh cream. Blanca Blue main entree choices include: 1) Slow pulled pork with avocado and salsa or 2) Chicken Enchiladas with red sauce and cotija cheese, or 3) Flank Steak with charro beans. Lastly, dessert options include 1) Rice Pudding with puffed pastry and topped with coffee ice cream, or 2) Buñuelo pastry with vanilla ice cream and fresh berries, or 3) a chocolate tamale with whipped cream.

BocaDos STK Menu Choices

At BocaDos STK, appetizer choices include Benedictine Bread with fine herbs, tender organic egg, béarnaise sauce and wild asparagus. Next, Bubba Shrimp French lettuce, kale, red bell pepper, rock shrimp and hibiscus vinaigrette is the 2nd main course choice. Lastly, the 3rd appetizer choice is Camembert & Berries with guajillo chile, butter and garlic. For main courses at BocaDos STK, diners can elect to have the 1) Fresh Catch of the day with lobster sauce, pinot grigio and pesto or 2) Rock Cornish in Mole adobo, baby vegetables and blue tortilla or 3) Pork with white wine, bacon, beetroot and heirloom tomato.  Dessert options are a 3 Way Rice, Açaí Glass or Californian Apple.
