This tasty legacy of Mexican cuisine is a great way to meet other guests and homeowners at the luxury resort. One of the chefs will explain how to make five different salsas which feature distinct ingredients; one of the salsas will then be made before your very eyes. This way you can learn how to make a delicious dish while making friends and perhaps try it out in your own gourmet kitchen.
2.- Kayak or Paddleboard to Los Arcos
A guided trip to Mismaloya’s Los Arcos by kayak or paddleboard is a wonderful thing to do while enjoying your home away from home at Garza Blanca Signature Residences! There are plenty of areas which are safe for snorkelling near the beach at Garza Blanca Preserve so you won’t need to worry about overcrowding.
5.- Kundalini Yoga
Connecting with your inner-being and toning all your muscles on a beach or by the river is a truly spiritual experience. The Garza Blanca yoga instructor, Procoro, will help you to master the art of relaxation, meditation and help you to get your yoga technique right. You can take your lesson on the beach, by the river, or even on the deck in the mountain area. You may also wish to take part in special wellness events like June Wellness, which invited a variety of yoga teachers and health coaches to lead a whole month dedicated to the wellbeing of the mind body and spirit.
6.- Making a Sandcastle
This is perhaps one of the most iconic and obvious vacation pastimes, and it’s just as fun in Mexico as it is anywhere else. During the school vacations, you can also take part in sandcastle competitions.
7.- Hiking to the waterfall
You can join Garza Blanca Signature Residences’ expert guides on a trek into the mountains on the very edge of the Garza Blanca Preserve. You’ll head towards a river where you can swim and bask in the glory of nature. It’s a marvellous time!
8.- Tennis or Squash
Can you imagine playing tennis while exotic birds chirp and sing in the background, and the sun caresses your shoulders? Or perhaps you would prefer to play squash where there’s some air conditioning? If you didn’t bring your equipment with you then don’t worry; you’ll be able to borrow everything you need from the resort free of charge as well as be able to book time on a court. You can also arrange private lessons with a pro for a charge.
9.- Learn Spanish
You can find fun and interactive language classes to help you learn a little bit of Spanish. You’ll also learn a bit about the history of Puerto Vallarta, too, and by the end of the class you’ll be able to greet people, ask about prices, enquire as to the time and pronounce Spanish names correctly.
10.- Catch of the Day
Every day local fishermen arrive to Garza Blanca beach and deliver their selection of fresh caught fish and the resort’s chefs will get to work cleaning and preparing them for your lunch or evening meal.
