Future Developments and Real Estate in Puerto Vallarta

Garza Blanca Real Estate in Puerto Vallarta is excited to share with both its current and future owners the results of the recent architecture competition that took place to propose future developments and real estate for the newly acquired plot of beachfront land located right next door to the Garza Blanca Preserve in Puerto Vallarta. The prospects for this new plot of land are very encouraging and stand to enhance the experience of current and future owners as well as add value to their investment.

Tropical Beachfront Land

In 2016, Garza Blanca Preserve’s developer bought 400 acres of tropical beachfront land for development. This plot of land lies directly adjacent to the current Garza Blanca Preserve complex; the plan is to extend the luxury property, elite services and unique experiences already available to owners, hotel guests and vacation club members. To generate creative ideas and to open up the possibilities for this land, the developer launched an international architecture competition that was open to professional architects, students and designers to propose a groundbreaking project.  

Creativity at Its best

The competition generated a very high standard of entries with a range of possibilities that all adhered to the criteria stipulated by the competition, which were, amongst others, to create a project that works in harmony with nature and where humans could interact with the outdoors. The winning projects will be used by the architectural team at Garza Blanca to inform its decisions and plans for the future of the land, which will be announced in due course.
