Signature Residences Real Estate Director, Nicole Martin pays a visit to the local real estate agencies to remind them of the magic that is happening within the gates of Garza Blanca Preserve, providing updates on fractional and full time real estate opportunities at Signature Residences.<\/p>\n

\"Office<\/a>This past week, Nicole brought a different dynamic to the Tropicasa Sales Team\u2019s weekly meeting. Instead of a typical presentation explaining all the amazing reasons why purchasing real estate on the south shore is such a great option, she entertained them with a pop quiz to test the agents on their knowledge of the South Shore and to see just how much they know about Garza Blanca\u2019s Signature Residences and other developments in the area. It was a fun real estate activity enjoyed by all.<\/p>\n

Jeff Bates Real Estate Agent from Tropicasa, who has been in the industry for 13 years, scored the highest, and when asked by Nicole who his main clients were, he commented that the main age group for full time and part time residents was between 55 and 65 year olds. Other Tropicasa agents commented that the majority of their clients are between 45 to 70 and seeking properties in the $250,000 to $500,000 US budget range, generally those nearing retirement.<\/p>\n
