Signature Residences at Garza Blanca hosted their first weekly wine tasting this past Thursday September 3rd 2015, welcoming a wonderful mix of wine aficionados including current owners, cultural philanthropists, non-profit charity workers and Puerto Vallarta business icons.<\/p>\n

Hostess and Real Estate Sales Director, Nicole Martin, was most pleased with the turn out to the inaugural Signature Residences wine tasting at Garza Blanca Preserve which tempted a diverse group of resident expats and local Mexicans with a variety of wines from Blanca Blue Restaurant\u2019s award winning wine cellar. Besides great conversation and sharing a passion for wine, the event was a wonderful excuse to forge forever friendships and connections among the community.<\/p>\n

Garza Blanca Resort is currently providing sommelier training to a number of its senior members of the food and beverage team, to ensure that each restaurant at the resort enjoys the services of a knowledgeable wine steward. On this occasion, two of Garza Blanca\u2019s top sommeliers attended the diverse group offering 3 different wines for comparison, accompanied by cheese and fruit to clean the palate between servings, swirlings and identifying aromas.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe had the pleasant opportunity to share lovely moments with old and new friends,\u201d commented Luis Alberto Barrero Stahl, who was ambassador of Mexico for many years. \u201cA great location, wonderful views, good wine and great table created a very enjoyable time together.\u201d<\/p>\n
