In Banderas Bay, local participating restaurants will create innovative three-course menus that will delight guests. Garza Blanca and Hotel Mousai restaurants are offering 3 course menus. Blanca Blue main entree choices include: 1) Slow pulled pork with avocado and salsa or 2) Chicken Enchiladas with red sauce and cotija cheese, or 3) Flank Steak with charro beans.
