Montes de Oca is a M\u00e9xico City native who brings years of hands-on experience and a long history in the real estate industry, mainly working in Los Cabos in the State of Baja California Sur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Montes de Oca was the founding partner and general director of Procabos, a company dedicated to real estate development, marketing and sales of various real estate projects in Cabo San Lucas, M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Montes de Oca has worked in various sectors in the Mexican real estate industry. One of his most notable projects was at Costabaja, together with Garza Blanca, which is considered one of the 5 most beautiful integral tourist developments in M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The property consists of a 500-acre beachfront development that includes a Marina, golf course, condominiums, lots, homes and a residence club. There, he served as the Sales Director of Costabaja, amassing over 45 million dollars in sales. He oversaw the planning, direction, coordination, control, sales force coordination and managed 15 agents, both on-site and at locations across the world including major cities in the US and Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to coordinating the brokers hired across the US and Canada, Montes de Oca worked as a consultant to foreign and national investors regarding the planning and development of real estate projects. Services as market studies and appraisals were conducted, and the company also produced and promoted the sale of a market analysis titled, \u201cA Statistical and Informative Investment Overview of Los Cabos.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other notable real estate developments that Montes de Oca oversaw from planning to development to sales include the Cabo Real Golf master development, the Plaza Marina Mall and Condominiums in Cabo, Cabo San Lucas Country Club homesites and condominiums, Tanimara Beach Resort and Spa condominiums, Ventanas al Para\u00edso, Villas del Tezal, La Cima, Punta Arena, Antigua, among other developments.
