The interesting thing is that Mexico outperformed some of the biggest economies in the world, including the USA whose economy is five times larger than Mexico\u2019s, to take the number two spot. Wellbeing is Key<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Wellbeing is an umbrella term that refers to the general health, happiness, and comfort of a person, and these days it\u2019s a hot topic. The thing is, Mexicans have had wellbeing in mind for a long, long time. Generally speaking, Mexicans eat well, balance their lives, and celebrate their successes before focusing on the negative events and effects in their lives. This could have something to do with the less prosperity-centric outlook that Mexicans foster, or at least the slightly different meaning this word has for Mexicans; prosperity can be as much about friends and family as money.<\/p>\n

A Slower-Paced Lifestyle<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The lifestyle here is, as we have noted, different, but in particular it is slower than you may have been used to. This can be frustrating if you\u2019re in a rush, or you\u2019re a busy kind of person, but it\u2019s beneficial overall. Knowing when to kick back and relax is so important to wellbeing and happiness.
