Garza Blanca Resort and Residences in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico is pleased to announce its second annual health and fitness retreat: June Wellness 2016. June Wellness is a month-long event dedicated to wellbeing hosted by the resort\u2019s on site spa, Spa Imagine, in collaboration with Mindful Habits.<\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s wellness retreat was a major hit providing guests and residents with access to amazing workshops and all sorts of activities to inspire their wellbeing. The 2016 retreat will focus on helping guests and residents be the \u201cBest You, Ever!\u201d inspiring inner balance, beauty, and abundance for a more \u201charmonious\u201d you.<\/p>\n

The Spa Imagine\u2019s manager, Rosa Contreras had this to say, \u201cI am feeling really inspired about the June Wellness 2016. I can\u2019t reveal just yet who are guest speakers will be, but I can promise guests that it is going to be a really wonderful month full of rich experiences for the mind, body, and spirit<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The schedule will be similar to last year\u2019s in that it will be a thirty-day wellness program guided on a weekly basis, although the program can be adapted for longer or shorter periods of time. The wellness retreat starts on June 1st and runs through June 30th and those residents and guests who plan to be staying at Garza Blanca during this time will be treated to a number of wellness activities that are complimentary, as well as have the choice to purchase the full June Wellness Retreat Package<\/a>\u00a0 with a variety of additional inclusions.<\/p>\n

Last year\u2019s wellness retreat welcomed the famous Instagram and YouTube personality Yovana Mendoza, also known as Rawvana. She gave a variety of workshops and raw food cooking classes. The OM Experience, with Matt Huz and Olivia Cecchettini from San Diego, brought together live music and yoga, while several speakers, experts in nutrition, and meditation teachers shared their wisdom. This year\u2019s wellness retreat will be equally as inspiring for guests.<\/p>\n
