This is a sensible, efficient way to balance investment in a second home in Mexico with your vacation time as you are only paying for the time you can realistically spend there. This means you are not losing money on the time a fully owned property would sit empty. Furthermore, at Garza Blanca Signature Residences, should you wish to turn your Fractional Ownership privileges into full ownership, your fractional equity will be considered towards down payment on a fully owned properties and upgrades.
You will get all the rights and privileges of owning real estate: being able to give your shares in your will, selling it at your convenience, lending it to friends, inviting guests, renting it, or simply using it for personal enjoyment.
The great thing about this is that as the property appreciates in value, so too does your share. You can sell whenever you decide to do so, as well, thereby releasing the capital growth from your bricks and mortar investment!
