Homeowners at Garza Blanca Signature Residences in Puerto Vallarta already know that their second home is a place of high calibre. So it should come as no surprise that things are always improving with more and more luxurious extras to make homeownership at Garza Blanca all the more fulfilling. The elegant five-star resort on Puerto Vallarta’s south shore is about to introduce a team of wine stewards to serve its gourmet restaurants and is currently in the process of training both new members of staff as well as current employees who have shown a flair for wine pairing.

Fully Trained Wine Stewards at Your Second Home in Puerto Vallarta

By the spring of 2016, all guests and homeowners at the Garza Blanca Resort and Spa will be able to benefit from the expertise of fully trained wine stewards in the Blanca Blue Restaurant and Lounge, BocaDos STK, Aquazul and Hiroshi restaurants onsite at the resort. In the meantime, however, you can make the most of the increased knowledge that is already coming about due to the training program that is in place.

Under the supervision of reputable wine supplier, Vinoteca’s best sommeliers, the staff of Garza Blanca are learning about the distinct flavours, origins and types of grapes used to make each of the wines offered commonly at Garza Blanca. These trained stewards will be able to suggest pairings when it comes to your food as well a recommend wines for your events.

Complementing Blanca Blue’s Wine Cellar

The new sommelier service will be particularly effective at Banca Blue Restaurant and Lounge located in the main Lobby building, as stewards get to know the 2,300 bottles in the restaurant’s award winning wine cellar. Blana Blue’s collection of wine includes the finest Mexican wines as well as an array of imports from all around the world, including France, Italy, Argentina and Chile, amongst other old and new world wines.

Wine Tasting with Signature Residences, Nicole Martin

Each week, you can join Nicole Martin and Blanca Blue’s head wine steward for an elegant wine tasting session. Make sure you reserve ahead of time as places are limited. This is a great opportunity for meeting other homeowners and snowbirds in Puerto Vallarta.
