Spotlight on Sales Director Angelo Koutsoudes

This week, we are highlighting a new addition to the esteemed Garza Blanca Real Estate team, new Sales Director Angelo Koutsoudes. Koutsoudes was born in New York to immigrant parents from Cyprus, and lived there up until his 10th birthday. At that time, he moved to Cyprus where he completed high school and spent 2 years doing National Guard Military Service. He later moved to the UK where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics. After finishing university, Koutsoudes spent a year in Spain before moving back to Cyprus for work where he completed a MBA (Masters of Business Administration).

Comprehensive Experience

After initially working in Marketing for an international B2B Event Organizer, Koutsoudes moved his focus into the Real Estate sector where he initially worked for a local developer and later opened his own brokerage firm in Cyprus. After spending a few more years managing several prominent real estate branches back in Cambridgeshire, UK, Koutsoudes joined Garza Blanca in late 2018 as their new Sales Director.  Koutsoudes is a keen property investor with a genuine passion for Customer Service. Koutsoudes enjoys the opportunities that working in real estate provides such as meeting and helping people fulfill their dreams of property ownership in Mexico. Whether it be assisting clients to purchase their first home, retirement home, vacation property or an investment, Koutsoudes excels at providing excellent customer service and sales support for his team as well as prospective clients.

Mexico Dreams

Koutsoudes fell in love with Mexico a few years back, and was thrilled to have the opportunity to move here to Puerto Vallarta full time. After visiting the Garza Blanca property, he was inspired to get involved and help promote this incredible and luxurious property.  While Koutsoudes has a passion for travelling and has visited many countries throughout the world including locations in Europe, the Middle East, Far East, Caribbean, and the Americas, Mexico has a soft spot in his heart. Koutsoudes enjoys everything related to cars and considers himself a true petrol-head having owned more cars than he can remember, including several classics.
