Top sushi chefs from renowned restaurants in the United States will be causing a culinary tsunami in Puerto Vallarta at the first Japanese cuisine event of its kind: OMAKASE, a chef’s table experience at Garza Blanca Preserve’s Hiroshi restaurant at Hotel Mousai.
Garza Blanca residents and hotel guests can delight in specially tailored menus throughout the month of June, 2016 at Hiroshi restaurant as the Omakase culinary event takes place right in your very own backyard. Welcoming top sushi chefs from Katsuya, SHUSHISAMBA, Katana, and barMASA restaurants to entice your taste buds, the event will be showcasing the very best of sushi and Japanese cuisine, hosting tasting menus on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings in June.
Chef Carlos Leyva at Hiroshi restaurant will be welcoming the acclaimed sushi chefs to his kitchen to deliver and serve a feast that will ignite your senses. John Um (Regional corporate sushi chef for SUSHISAMBA), Koji Matsuzaki (Katana & the Innovative Dining Group), Brandon Konishi (Executive Chef at Katsuya at SLS Las Vegas), and Jags Aldaba (Head Sushi chef at barMASA) will be preparing extraordinary tasting menus for residents, hotel guests and local visitors with reservations to dine at Hiroshi restaurant. Each guest chef will share a special tasting menu as well as dishes to complement the regular menu.
